TOO Ambulanc provides the following scope of medical services:

  • Common dispensary medical care in the scope of a GP
  • Visiting doctors service
  • Round the clock emergency service
  • Subsequent medical treatment

Common dispensary medical care in the scope of a GP:

  • medical check-ups:
    • preventive – pre-employment check-ups for workers in both dangerous and safe working conditions
    • required to get professional qualification
    • required to get a driving license or as confirmation of medical fitness for professional drivers
    • periodical employees check-ups, including X-ray, ECG and standard laboratory tests
  • standard diagnostics
  • standard pharmacotherapy
  • internist care, including diagnostics and treatment of internal diseases
  • treating small wounds and injuries, including minor surgery such as incision, excision, suturing small wounds, fixation of fractured bones and their reposition under X-ray unit
  • standard laboratory blood and urine tests (FW, glycaemia, cholesterol, ALT, AST, T-bil., TRG, creatinin etc.)
  • biochemical and imunology laboratory tests

Visiting doctors service:

  • transport of the doctor with equipment to meet the patient
  • medical treatment, including standard pharmacotherapy

Subsequent medical treatment:

  • hospitalization of a patient within the compounds of TOO Ambulanc clinic for the purpose of a short-termed observation,
    • until the patient's condition is stabilized; followed by releasing the patient into home care
    • until the patient has been handed over to a medical assistence service to be repatriated, so that he could undergo further treatment
  • transport of the patient by a helicopter (the airports in Uralsk, Kazakhstan and Orenburg, Russia are subcontractors of TOO Ambulanc) to meet the medical assistance service aircraft
  • medical escort of a patient (commercial airlines flights)
  • custody of a deceased, including completion of related legal and custom acts
  • handling the repatriation of a deceased
  • first aid training
  • providing medical supplies for working and field sites
  • medical supervision and assistance when especially dangerous works are being carried out

TOO Ambulanc has concluded contracts with selected local hospitals, namely the Local hospital in Uralsk (Kazakhstan) and the state hospital in Orenburg (Russian Federation) to be able to secure specialized medical services following the treatment provided at the Ambulanc clinic. In case emergency transportation of a patient is necessary, our company has contracts with the airports in Uralsk and Orenburg. We also keeps at disposition helicopters MI-8, MI-8MTV and MI-2.

For over 9 years, TOO Ambulanc has been cooperating with prominent international insurance companies and medical assistance services and for more than 3 years also with local Kazakh insurance companies.

The medical staff is being further educated in the field of urgent medicine and emergency services. The members of our staff can speak Kazakh, Russian and English. Our foreign workers have proper Kazakh working permit and are provided with multiple entry visa for Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation (necessary in case of accompanying a repatriated patient. Both the local and foreign members of staff are insured against potentional damage to health at the Kazakh branch of the insurance company ALLIANZ.
