TOO Ambulanc provides the emergency rescue service on a round-the-clock basis
ambulance car(s) leave the TOO Ambulanc premises within 2 minutes following the emergency call (3 minutes during night time)
after the patient is treated on the spot, the ambulance crew transports the patient:
to TOO Ambulanc clinic
to the local hospital in Uralsk, Kazakhstan (contractor of TOO Ambulanc) for any emergency surgery
to the airport in Uralsk, Kazakhstan or Orenburg,
Russia (contractors of TOO Ambulanc) to meet an aircraft sent by a
medical assistance service
